Insulation flange is produced for petroleum, chemical and other industries. It has simple structure and reliable performance, and is safe to use, thus it is widely praised by users. Insulation flange products have been formed into a series, when there are special circumstances, it can be designed and manufactured according to users’ request, since it has strong flexibility. There are mainly three connection methods including welding, screw and clamp. The production technology includes forging, casting, middle plate rolling and middle - board cutting, etc, of which the price of forging is highest, the middle plate product is secondary, the cheapest is casting product. In terms of quality, forging product is the best, rolling product is the second, casting product is the worst. However, forging cannot produce much too large products. 

Insulation flange is mainly used for gas transmission and distribution line as well as equipment such as gas pressure adjustment, measurement and storage, its main role is to mutually insulate each part of gas transmission line and insulate equipment and pipelines mutually, protecting them from chemical erosion, prolonging the service life of pipelines and equipment.
