Welding Robot of End Flange Was Put into Production
To meet the needs of mixing tube for high quality production, the mixer truck manufacturing department of concrete machinery company has introduced a welding "robot" - end flange welding machine. With the help of the workshop staff and equipment manufacturer, the equipment has been installed and completed and put into production.
Since it has been put into production, welding "robot" was spoken highly of by the workshop operation staff saying, “we no longer do bend over for a long time for welding end flange with the help of it, the labor intensity is greatly decreased. At the end of the day, the quantity of flange welding is also greatly improved.” Before introducing welding "robot", end flange needs to weld by hand and employees also need to squat down on the cone to weld by hand torch. As the time of squatting down is too long, staffs are easy to strain of lumbar muscles. It also remains potential safety hazard from high places. The introduction of end flange for welding "robot" made the staff not squatting down on the cone by hand torch to weld and they just need to click on controller button within short time and then high-speed welding "robot" will be accurate to complete a procedure of an end flange welding.
"Robot" has many advanced performance, the semi-automatic control, and it is equipped with a wired remote control box to control operation in electric cabinet and make employee and welding "robot" efficiently coordinate its operation. Compared with the common manual welding, the welding "robot" has improved significantly both in production efficiency and quality.
